Why 088-20 works for warp sizing
With 088-20, the 88 mol% hydrolysis grips the yarn and the 20.5-24.5 viscosity band gives just the right film thickness, so hairiness lays flat and warp breaks stay low.
How to run it on your line
Desizing later is easy: hot water above 80C lifts PVA off cleanly, which printing/dyeing houses like. Size concentration follows yarn count — lower for coarse, higher for fine.
