The PVA branch has run since 2009 (Phase I 50,000 t, Phase II 80,000 t, ~585 staff). Key units are international: Taiwan Cheng-Chi alcoholysis, Netherlands Nuyn (dewatering), German Netzsch milling, and Japanese ABB robotic palletizing.
Supply reliability
Being inside a calcium-carbide-to-PVA circular chain means feedstock is ours, so supply holds even when the merchant market tightens. We keep buffer stock on the common grades.

Yes — contract buyers get reserved buffer on 1788/1799/2488 and the common export grades.

25 kg PP woven bag (inner PE); jumbo bag on request. MOQ from 1 MT for stock grades, 16 MT for full container; lead time 7-15 days ex-works Ningxia. Incoterms FOB/CFR/CIF; payment T/T or L/C.
